Shipping policy

Within Italy. We ship with DHL. Shipping is free over 150 euros; under 150 euros it costs 10 euros. The parcel leaves on the first working day - we are closed on Mondays, so nothing ships that day - and DHL delivers in 24 hours, 48 to the islands and to places that are hard to reach.

When it leaves. If the piece is ready in the shop, it leaves the first working day after the order. If we make it for you, it leaves when it is finished: two weeks, and we write to you.

Following the parcel. As soon as it leaves you get an email with the tracking number.

Abroad. Always with DHL: European Union and Norway 25 euros, United Kingdom 30 euros, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Japan and Australia 35 euros. You see the cost in the cart before paying anyway.

Your country is not on the list? Write to us at elmatodelcuoio@hotmail.it and we will tell you what it costs to reach you: we ship where the list does not go yet. Once the parcel has left, the usual times are 48-72 hours in Europe and two to four or five days outside Europe, depending on where you are.

Duties and customs clearance outside the European Union are yours to pay: the courier asks for them on delivery and they do not depend on us.

If the parcel does not arrive, or arrives dented. Write to us straight away and we open the claim with the courier: until delivery the risk is ours.

Collecting in the shop. You can order online and come and collect from us, at Via Castello 48 in Desenzano del Garda: no shipping to pay. If what you have chosen is already in the shop, you will find collection among the options when you pay. If instead we are making it for you, write to us and we will put it aside: we write to you when it is finished. We are open every day except Monday, 10am-1pm and 3.30-7.30pm.
