What we sell. Leather goods made by hand in our workshop. Every piece is cut, sewn and finished by the two of us: leather is a living material, so shades, grain and small marks change from piece to piece and are not faults. The photographs are of the real pieces, but the colour on a screen can be slightly different from the one that reaches you.

How an order works. When you send an order you are making us an offer to buy: the contract is concluded when our confirmation email reaches you. If a piece is no longer available, or we have made a mistake on a price, we tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Prices. In euros, VAT included. Shipping costs, where there are any, you see in the cart before paying.

Paying. Credit and debit cards, PayPal and payment in three instalments. Card details are handled by the payment provider: we never see them.

How long you wait. Pieces we keep ready in the shop leave on the first working day. All the others we start when you order and they are ready in two weeks; if there is longer to wait we write and tell you. Belts we cut to your measurement and they leave the next day.

Personalisation. Initials are included in the price. We check them together before pressing them: once pressed they cannot be removed, and the piece cannot be returned.

Changing your mind, faults, repairs. These are explained on the Refund policy page, which is part of these terms.

If something goes wrong. Write to us: the two of us answer, and it is usually sorted the same day. For disputes, a consumer can use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For the rest, Italian law applies and, if you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live.
