This is my second order from this seller. I previously ordered natural colour of this tote for my summer and this brown is for winter. I was thinking if the colour is too reddish so I was comparing with dark brown. However I am very happy to choose this colour. It is not too red. Just nice brown and goes any colour of your clothes. I asked the seller to customise the size and adding inner. The bag is more than I expected. The quality leather and customer service is great. This bag will be my life time bag. Excellent quality and craftsmanship, the leather is the real deal, better than the leather in my Kate Spade/Mulberry bags. I love this bag sooooo much, I am so happy I could customize the design to exactly what I wanted (number of pockets, zipper, inner lining etc). The shipping took a long time due to circumstances outside of the vendor's control (post office strike in Italy), but the vendor was very responsive and quick to work out the problem with the shipment and the package was eventually delivered. This was a repeat order and I was impressed by the customer service. Definitely going to buy again from this store!

Great bag. By far my favorite one that I own. It did have a strong chemical smell when it arrived and when I spoke with them they said that wasn't normal, so I used Febreeze and fanned it out over night and it no longer smells. Also I requested a leather pouch instead of the fabric and they were very nice and accommodated my request. Also I ordered it Friday and received it Tuesday in the US.
